Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the DocSens360.ai platform ("Platform", "Service"). DocSens360.ai is operated by Beyond Universe Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering, accessing, or using DocSens360.ai, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Article 02
Description of Services
DocSens360.ai is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) document management system that provides industry-agnostic capabilities for the creation, storage, organization, retrieval, sharing, and AI-assisted processing of documents and associated data. The Platform may include features such as:

The specific features and functionalities available to you will depend on your subscription plan and applicable service agreement.

Article 03
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. The Platform is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to consumers.

Account Registration and Security
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. The Platform is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to consumers.
4.1 Account Creation
To access the Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to keep this information current and updated.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@docsens360.ai if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
4.3 Administrator Accounts
If you are an account administrator, you are responsible for managing user access, permissions, and compliance with these Terms for all users within your organization's account.

Article 05
Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with the documentation and your service agreement.

Article 06
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Upload, store, process, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems
—
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform
—
Use the Platform to develop a competing product or service
—
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure
—
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Platform without prior written consent
—
Circumvent or disable any security or access controls on the Platform
—
Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Platform available to third parties outside of your organization without authorization

Article 07
Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to software, AI models, algorithms, user interfaces, and documentation, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Beyond Universe Technologies Private Limited and its licensors.
7.2 Your Content
You retain all rights in the documents, data, and content that you upload or create on the Platform ("Customer Content"). By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your Customer Content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you.
7.3 Feedback
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use such feedback in any manner without compensation or attribution to you.

Article 08
AI Features and Limitations
DocSens360.ai incorporates artificial intelligence and machine learning features to assist with document processing, analysis, and related tasks. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and operational assistance purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
—
AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and you are responsible for independently verifying any AI-generated results before relying on them for critical decisions
—
You must not use the AI features for any purpose that could result in harm to individuals or that violates applicable laws
—
We continuously improve our AI models, and feature performance may vary over time
—
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated outputs complies with all applicable regulations in your industry

Article 09
Subscription, Fees & Payment
Access to the Platform is provided on a subscription basis as set out in your applicable order form or service agreement. Fees are due in advance for the applicable subscription period. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement or as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify our fees upon reasonable prior written notice. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Platform.

Suspension and Termination
10.1 By You

10.2 By Us

Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

Article 12
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BEYOND UNIVERSE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Article 13
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beyond Universe Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your Customer Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services and applications. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of those third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review those terms before enabling any integration.

Article 15
Modifications to the Platform and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Platform (or any feature thereof) at any time, with or without notice, subject to any obligations set out in your service agreement. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Article 16
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DocSens360.ai is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules, or, if arbitration is not applicable, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Miscellaneous
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable service agreement and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DocSens360.ai with respect to your use of the Platform.
17.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17.3 Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
17.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms freely.
